Terms of Use & Licence

When you buy a pack you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the included exercises, starter files, datasets, model solutions, mark schemes and guides for your own interview preparation. The licence does not expire and there are no recurring charges.

You may not, without prior written permission from DeskPrep:

• redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish or post the materials;
• share your account or downloaded files with others;
• use the materials to build, train or seed a competing product, dataset or model;
• remove copyright, licence or attribution notices from any file.

All DeskPrep content — including exercise briefs, datasets, model solutions, mark schemes and written guides — is original work created by DeskPrep and is protected by copyright. © 2026 DeskPrep. All rights reserved. Nothing in these materials is copied from, or represents the official assessment materials of, any third party.

DeskPrep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any named firm. Firm names are used for illustrative, educational purposes only and do not imply that these materials are official assessments of, or are connected with, those firms.

Where a firm is named, it is to describe the type of role or assessment a given exercise resembles, based on publicly available information. We do not use firm logos or branding, and we do not claim any partnership, endorsement or access to confidential materials.

All purchases are one-time payments processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Because the products are digital goods delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the solution or mark-scheme files have been accessed. If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we will put it right.

The materials are provided for educational purposes “as is”, without warranty of any kind. They are preparation aids and do not guarantee any interview outcome or offer.
